The UCR Libraries Student Book Collection Competition for the Awarding of the Petko Prize for 2004 - 2005 is made possible by the generosity of Dr. Edward Petko, the son of Adam Repan Petko. This competition is an opportunity for undergraduate and graduate students at UCR to display their talents in assembling and organizing a personal book collection. Student collections need not consist of rare or expensive books. The focus of the collection can center upon any subject or topic. |

| Application DEADLINE: March 14, 2005
The final judging and the presentation of the Adam Repan Petko Prizes will be on Tuesday, May 3, 2005 at an award ceremony, 3 to 4:30, in the Department of Special Collections, Rivera Library, UCR. |
