Dr. Moses is the author of the University of California, Riverside’s strategic plan on diversity, "A Framework for Diversity." This document provides a framework for the University of California, Riverside that values and promotes diversity and excellence at all levels of the university. Dr. Moses is a distinguished University of California, Riverside alumna who received her master's and doctorate in Anthropology in 1976. Her research specializes in cultural change in higher education and cultural diversity and public policy issues.
