UCR Libraries Launch New Scotty Catalog Design
Dear Faculty, Students and Staff Colleagues,
UCR Libraries launch new Scotty Catalog design!
On Wednesday April 12, 2006 the UC Riverside Libraries launched a new design of the SCOTTY Online Catalog (http://scotty.ucr.edu/) which offers enhanced functionality including a variety of personalized online services via the new feature: mySCOTTY.
Among the special features of mySCOTTY are the following:
· only one login needed to mySCOTTY to access electronic reserves
· "quick search" capability on SCOTTY's first page
· increased control of your patron record: view and renew items
· save your favorite searches and track for future sessions
· set up automatic notification for new items matching your saved searches
We hope that you find these SCOTTY enhancements useful. If you have any comments or suggestions about the new design, please make use of the "comments" link found on every page in the catalog. We are constantly striving to improve the catalog and we welcome your feedback!
