Online Reference - Ask a UC Librarian
Ask a UC librarian is going LIVE! Get help from a UC reference librarian without going to the library!
The UCR Libraries have joined other University of California campuses (UCI, UCLA, UCSD, UCSB, and UC Merced) to provide a “chat reference” service. You can confer with a UC librarian from your dorm room, apartment, or anywhere you have an Internet connection. The librarian can direct you to online resources or suggest other material for your research.
Beginning Sunday, November 5th, you can chat with a librarian:
Sunday evening, 5pm - 9pm
Monday-Thursday, 11am - 9pm
Friday, 11am - 5pm
Click on the "chat" link under "Ask a Librarian" at the bottom of the left column.
