SpringerLink Goes Mobile

Springer has released a free mobile app for iPhone and iPod touch, which can be downloaded from the Apple App Store.  The app allows users to search, view results and retrieve full-text from SpringerLink, in a clean, mobile optimized interface.  SpringerLink contains articles from over 2,000 peer-reviewed journals and chapters from 49,000 books, totaling over 5.4 million documents that span multiple areas of science, technology, medicine, and social sciences. 

The app is easy to use, and each entry includes a button to see the full text in HTML format, which displays well on a small screen.
