New Digital Resources: PAIS Archive now Available
Archival years of Public Affairs Information Service (PAIS) database is now available to the UCR Community. PAIS is an interdisciplinary index to periodical articles, books, reports, and government publications related to public issues and policies published worldwide. The addition of the archive enables researchers to more quickly retrieve a historical perspective on topics ranging from educational policy, to international relations, to the cold war.
The first part of the archive extends online coverage back to 1937. When complete (fall 2005), the entire archive will reach back to 1915 and contain over 1 million records.
To access the database, click the "PAIS International" link on the Databases by Subject/Political Science page, or use the following direct link: PAIS International.
Access to this resource is possible from off campus. Click on Connect from Home for more information.
