New Digital Resources: Stanford Encyclopedia of Philosophy
The Stanford Encyclopedia of Philosophy is a dynamic reference work, maintained and kept up to date by an expert or group of experts in the field. All entries and updates are refereed by the members of a distinguished Editorial Board (including UCR's Prof. Fischer from the Department of Philosophy) before they are made available.
The Advanced Search interface supports Boolean queries and wildcards, as well as some limited regular expressions. Words separated by spaces are treated as a phrase. You can use the words "and", "or" and "not" to build Boolean combinations, and use the '#' character for wildcard matching.
You can also use Google™ to search the Stanford Encyclopedia of Philosophy.
The Abridged Table of Contents lists entries that are assigned and/or published. Sample entries include: moral realism, Buber, Martin, heaven and hell, Kyoto School, and Machiavelli, Niccolò.
