Index Islamicus

Index Islamicus is  THE  international classified bibliography of publications in European languages on all aspects of Islam and the Muslim world.  Produced by an editorial team working at the School of Oriental and African Studies in London, Index Islamicus  provides an effective overview of what has been published since 1906 on a given subject in the field of Islamic Studies in its broadest sense.  Included are:

    • Access to over 300,000 records
    • Coverage of 3000 periodicals, plus conference proceedings, monographs, book chapters, and book reviews
    • Publications in all European languages

While the UCR Libraries subscribes to the printed journal format , Rivera Ref   Z7835 M6L6542, the online resources makes searching more refined and expedient.  Here are some sample records:
