Why should we click on

Function 1: Access to full-text If the UCR libraries own the online version of a journal or book, UC-eLinks can directly link us to online full-text journal articles by clicking on the link circled.
Function 2: Check if the UCR libraries or other UC campuses have a copy in print Clicking on the links circled, UC-eLinks can check the availability of the articles/books in print in UCR libraries (SCOTTY) or on other UC campuses (MELVYL).
Function 3: Request an article or a book Clicking on the link circled, UC-eLinks can request an article or a book that is not available online or physically in UCR libraries.
Function 4: Format citation and show full-text link Clicking the link circled and following the directions afterwards, UC-eLinks can format the citation in your preferred citation style and show you the full-text link. You can copy and paste them into your document.
