| Authorized Users | “Authorized Users” are individuals who are authorized by the Subscriber to access the Subscriber’s information services available through the Subscriber’s secure network at the Authorized Site using an authorized IP address (set forth in Section I of this License) and who are: (a) officially affiliated or currently employed or registered with the Subscriber at the Authorized Site, whereby they are permitted such access in the subscriber’s ordinary course of business, whether form a computer terminal located at the Authorized Site or via remote access administered from the Authorized Site to an authorized IP address; and (b) persons from the general public or invitees of the Subscriber who are occasional users of the Subscriber’s information services at the Authorized Site, whereby they are permitted such access from designated computer terminals located at the Authorized Site in premises directly controlled by the Subscriber. |
