| Authorized Users | User(s) shall mean faculty, students, researchers and staff of the University of California, Riverside (both physically and virtually). Users also means walk-in patrons of the University of California, Riverside accessing the Database by means of workstations located in the University of California, Riverside library facilities on an occasional basis and in accordance with library policy and the terms and conditions of the Agreement. Remote access to the Database by members of the public (walk-in patrons) is not permitted. Users also include faulty teaching and students enrolled in official distance education programs of the University of California, Riverside. Remote access is permitted for all defined authorized Users. Identity and status as faculty or students of the University of California, Riverside for remote Users will be verified every time access is attempted. Unauthorized users will be denied access. |
