No folio designation is needed for: GovPub, Maps, and Rivera Ref.

In Rivera, the call number designation of f (for folio) is now Oversize. The Cage Collection will now be the Secured Collection. The ff and fff (larger even than folio) call numbers formerly shelved in the stacks folio section will all be shelved in the Secured Collection, but since they can't stand upright with the other Oversize books, they will be called Flat.
