Use Suppress code "y" in Millennium when you create an original record in OCLC.
Suppress code "y" will send the record to MARCIVE to be authoritized. It will not be sent to OCLC since our holdings are added when the record is Updated and added to the OCLC database.
You will need to change the "o" that was automatically supplied by the 949 field macro when you exported the record from OCLC to Millennium. Remember, this is for original CRU |c CRU records only.
