Accessing WRDS, Eventus, Compustat and CRSP
Individual accounts for WRDS, Eventus and CRSP are offered to standing faculty, full-time research staff, and currently-enrolled Ph.D. students at Subscriber institutions. Access and individual accounts for research assistants, visiting scholars and other non-permanent faculty is offered at Wharton Research Data Service's discretion. Access by other types of students is limited to class accounts, in-library use accounts, and special IP authenticated services as provided by Wharton Research Data Services. For those eligible to access WRDS, Eventus, and CRSP, please go to http://wrds.wharton.upenn.edu and create an account. Eligible patrons will receive a user name and password. After this registration process, please access the databases through http://wrds.wharton.upenn.edu .
