• To retrieve variations of a word, use (*)
  • for example: expression* will retrieve expressionism, expressionists
• Try different search strategies, use synonyms or related terms
• Narrow your search by using subject headings and/or limiting by year, language, or material type.
• Remember a 'subject' search must use official 'subject headings.'
