Online Databases

Databases act as online indexes to articles from magazines, journals, and newspapers. Some databases provide the full-text to articles electronically, while others provide only the citations and/or abstracts of articles.

The UCR libraries subscribes to dozens of databases. They are grouped by subject.

Example:  Discover databases specifically for controversial topics.
