| Apr. 1 - 30 | LAUC-R R&PD Committee makes determinations on local grants to be funded and amounts of support. |
| May 1 - 14 | LAUC-R R&PD Chair notifies grant applicants of awards. |
| May 15 | Any unused grant monies not awarded in the current fiscal year as well as any unused grant monies allotted the previous year but not spent by this date are transferred into professional development funds. |
