Physical Sciences Natural and Agricultural Sciences Biomedical Sciences Engineering and Computer Science The collection has special strengths in the areas of citrus and sub-tropical horticulture, entomology, arid lands agriculture and soil sciences.

• Approximately 533,000 cataloged books, maps, journal volumes, CD-ROMS, DVDs, etc...
• A knowledgeable and helpful Public Services staff
• Microcomputer instruction rooms available for students to learn about library resources
• Twenty five group study rooms (including three reservable), several hundred individual study carrels and many tables for quiet study
• Over 100 computers are available to access SCOTTY (the Library&rquot;s catalog), the California Digital Library, the many licensed online resources, iLearn, and the World Wide Web.  All machines loaded with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 
• Wireless access throughout the library & Laptop checkout
• Instructional support lab room with 9 multimedia computers for Reserve CD-ROMS, Growl and iLearn
• Map Collection with state-of-the-art electronic cartographic resources as well as an extensive collection of maps and atlases
• A United States Patent and Trademark Depository Library.
