WRCA staff has succesfully received and completed a number of local, state, and federal grants over the years.
Completed Grant Projects

San Francisco Bay Fund Inventory of Projects , funded by the San Francisco Bay Fund, 2000-2009.
- The Foundations of American Water Policy -- Western Waters Digital Library, funded by the National Endowment for the Humanities, 2007-2010. Collaborative digitization and harvesting grant with WRCA, Colorado State University, University of Utah, Brigham Young University, and Washington State University. Final product hosted by the Western Waters Digital Library.
- California Water Data Repository Project (DRoP), funded by Microsoft and the Berkeley Water Center, 2009-2010.
- California Colloquium on Water: In the summer of 2007, the Metropolitan Water District of California graciously funded the digitization of the analog colloquium lectures, 2001- 2004. All taped lectures from 2001 - present are now available online via YouTube, iTunes, and other media outlets.
- Information Sources: San Francisco Water Supply, funded by the Librarians Association of the University of California, 2006-2008.
- Los Angeles Aqueduct, Joseph B. Lippincott Digitization Project, funded by a California Library Services and Technology Act grant, 2003-2004.
- California Water Districts, funded by the Librarians Association of the University of California, 2001-2003.
Online Exhibits
Bridging the Bay: Bridging the Campus
A collaborative exhibit documenting the design and politics of Bay Areabridges, featuring archival materials from the collections of the Environmental Design Archives, Water Resources Collections and Archives, Harmer E. Davis Transportation Library, The Bancroft Library, Environmental Design Library, Institute of Governmental Studies Library, Earth Sciences & Map Library, and Kresge Engineering Library. The physical exhibit was on display January 15 - April 30, 2000 in the Bernice Layne Brown Gallery, Doe Library, University of California, Berkeley.
Liquid Gold: California's Water
A WRCA exhibit featuring unique historical and contemporary photographs, documents, maps, and books showcasing several aspects of California's water development. The physical exhibit was on display January - March 1997 in Doe Library, University of California, Berkeley and August - December 1997 in Shields Library, University of California, Davis.
