Circulation Policies

WRCA's circulating collection is available for checkout by UCR faculty, staff and students.  Members of the community may join the Friends of the UCR Library.  The cost is $45 and membership includes a library card.  Loan rules vary depending on the type of material.  The Circulating stacks are located on the Main Floor of the Orbach Science Library near the Reference Desk.

WRCA has a large amount of material that does not circulate because it is archival or was published before 1970.  These materials must be paged by WRCA staff and viewed onsite.  

Interlibrary Loan and Photo Duplication

ILL and reproduction request services are available.  All requests for photocopying and photo duplication are subject to WRCA guidelines, WRCA duplication fees, and U.S. Copyright law.  If you wish to make a request online, please use our duplication request form.
