Bibliographer, Latin American, Iberian, Chicano/Latino and Ethnic Studies

Department: Collection Services

Rhonda’s key responsibility as the subject specialist for anthropology, Chicano studies, ethnic studies, Latin American studies, sociology, Spanish, and Portuguese, is developing collections and providing research assistance in these areas. Additionally, she supports the open access initiatives on campus and coordinates system wide University of California initiatives on scholarly communication. She holds a B.A. in Spanish, psychology, and history, and an M.A. in Latin American studies from the University of Kansas, and an M.L.S. from Emporia State University.

As a librarian, she provides research services to library users in person, online, and through course-related instruction sessions and workshops.
