The Gerd Heidemann Collection

The Gerd Heidemann Collection

Intrepid Stern magazine reporter Gerd Heidemann spent many years in the 1960s and 70s pursuing the identity of B. Traven, examining every lead, real or false. He amassed along the way enough material to fill these 93 ring binders, now in the collection at UC Riverside Libraries. They are a veritable treasure trove of documents, letters, articles, reports, photographs, film, tapes, interviews and notes on B. Traven.   Gerd Heidemann
