"This is how I found B. Traven" boasts the headline of Gerd Heidemann's article in Photo magazine. "He managed to sniff out a world famous writer who had been sought by armies of reporters. After four years of labor, Gerd Heidemann found the author of the novel The Death Ship and son of the last German Kaiser, B. Traven, in Mexico."
