- You can check out most books for 4 weeks, and you have no limit on how many you check out
Do Research
Most of the information you need for research in your classes can be found in articles and books. Articles are more specific and can be more recent. Books are more general and can take more than a year to be published.- Articles. Journal (& conference) articles are found in journal article databases or indexes. We have many databases on many different topics. Academic Search Complete is a good place to start.
If you don't get enough in Academic Search Complete, find a database on your topic - Books are found in library catalogs. UCR's library catalog is sometimes called Scotty.
