Opening a file from a USB device (such as a flash drive)

1. Go to the Start Menu
2. Select "Removable Disk"
3. Double-click your file in the explorer window

Opening and saving an attachment from Webmail

1. Click "Download" (in the attachments section of the message)
2. Select Save or Open
3. If saving, select "My Documents" or "Removable Disk" on the left
4. Click "Save"

Attaching files in Webmail

1. In your browser window, during composition of an e-mail message, click "Browse.." at the bottom.
2. Choose "My Documents" or "Removable Disk" on the left (depending on where the file you are sending is located)
3. Select the file
4. Click "Ok"
5. Click "Add" (in webmail)

Printing a file

1. Go to the File menu
2. Select "Print.."
3. Click "Print" in the dialog box

Saving a file to My Documents ¹

1. Go to the File menu
2. Select "Save As.."
3. Choose "My Documents" from the list on the left
4. Name your file in the text box
5. Click "Save"

Saving a file to a USB device (such as a flash drive)

3. Choose "Removable Drive" from the list on the left
4. Name your file in the text box
5. Click "Save"

Saving a file as PDF

1. Select print from the file menu
2. Choose printer "PrimoPDF"
3. Click "OK"
4. Make your selections and click "OK"
