Award Recipient, Michele Potter
 The purpose of this project is to evaluate the potential of videoconferencing to provide reference services to the upper floors of the new Science Library. During a trial period, librarians will work with video cameras and software which will allow video-communication between the Physical Sciences Library and the Bio-Agricultural Library. At first, the project will be limited to library staff training and librarian mediated usage. The project will later allow patrons to consult with Bio-Ag librarians when the Phy Sci reference desk is not staffed.
