Planning Your Visit
The Water Resources Collections and Archives (WRCA) archival and published non-circulating materials are available for research and on-site use by appointment. Please schedule an appointment by completing this form. Please include the call numbers of the materials you would like us to pull prior to your visit.

Duplication Policy and Fees
WRCA does not allow researchers to photocopy or scan any archival materials. We offer a document delivery service and will kindly scan or copy materials at the rates described in our fee schedule or researchers may pay a $10/day camera use fee to take pictures of materials. Please see our Guidelines for Camera Use below.
Guidelines for Camera Use
You may use a camera to take pictures of materials for research purposes for a fee of $10/day per researcher. Please review our Guidelines for Camera Use for detailed information on the use of cameras in the Reading Room.
Parking
Lots 10 (short-term parking) and 13 (all day parking) are located very close to the Orbach Science Library.
2-4 hours Short Term Parking
Lot 10 meter parking-- 2 hour parking permits can be purchased at the walk-up kiosk in Lot 10. The cost is $4 for 2 hours at a time. The kiosk only accepts credit or debit cards.
Directions to Lot 10:
- 215/60 Moreno Valley Freeway:
- Exit University Avenue
- From Los Angeles, make a Left on University Avenue
- From San Diego, make a Right on University Avenue
- Right on West Campus Drive
- Proceed on West Campus Drive around the campus
- Make a Right into the Lot 10 Driveway and another Right into the Lot 10 parking area.
All Day Parking
Lot 13 Blue-- "All Day" Permits for Lot 13 Blue can be purchased for $8 at the West Campus Drive Kiosk (only cash or check accepted) or at the Transportation and Parking Services office (accepts cash, check, Visa or MasterCard).
Directions to Lot 13:
- Follow the directions above from the Freeway
- Stop at the kiosk on West Campus Drive to purchase a day permit (be sure to specify Lot 13 Blue)
- Proceed on West Campus Drive
- Turn Right into the Lot 10 Driveway and proceed past Lot 10 until you see Lot 13 parking.
- You may park in any designated Lot 13 Blue parking space.
