In her role as the Academic Personnel/Human Resources Director, Esperanza serves as the Human Resources Business Partner for the University Library, and works collaboratively with library leadership to deliver academic and staff human resources services in support of library organizational objectives and strategies.

Esperanza received her BS in Management and Marketing from the University of Phoenix, and her MA in Management from the University of Redlands. She has worked at UC Riverside since 2010, and joined the library in 2020.
