Ken Furuta

Ken’s key responsibility as librarian is providing research services to library users in person, online, and through course-related instruction sessions and workshops. He specializes in government information. He holds a B.A. in psychology from the University of California, Riverside, an M.A. in musicology from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, an M.B.A from the University of California, Riverside, and an M.L.S. from the University of Arizona. Ken joined the library in 2002.

As the subject specialist for music, public policy, political science, and law and society, he develops collections in these areas.
