My ILL Requests is a service provided by the California Digital Library to track interlibrary loan requests.
How to login
- Library card/account: Your library card number begins with "21210" and can be found below the barcode on your card.
- PIN: Leave this blank; no password is required for UCR.
- Home campus: Select UCR.
If you experience difficulty using My ILL Request please contact the interlibrary loan unit. Your session will end after 15 minutes of inactivity.
After logging in, your active requests will display. You can sort requests by request date, return date, author, or title. Only active requests will initially display, but you can check "Show Everything" to display all items from the last 60 days.
The request status will be displayed in the record. Note that requests from outside of the UC system may take 7-10 business days to arrive, while UC-owned items generally take 2-5 business days to arrive.
Renew a request
To submit a renewal request, click "Renew". Enter your email address in the first box of the form and click on the 'Send email" button. A confirmation screen will appear.
Note: Requests for renewal are not automatic; they must be approved by the lending library. When an ILL item's due date in My ILL Requests differs from that stated in your UCR Library Account, the due date in your library account should be observed.
Cancel a request
To cancel a request, click "Cancel", then click “Cancel Request”. A confirmation screen will appear and a “Request No Longer Required” notation will be inserted in the request.
End your session
Be sure to end your session when you are finished! Click "Sign Out" in the left-hand column or in the upper right corner.
