We have launched a project to obtain biographical and personal information about the men and women who served at Tuskegee Army Air Field, or with a unit which originated there, as part of our goal to preserve the history of the Airmen and Airwomen while they are still alive. We ask that you answer this questionnaire as fully as possible. This information will be deposited in the Western Tuskegee Airmen Archive and incorporated into an internet database that will provide accurate, basic information for the future use of scholars, researchers, and students who will use the Archive to write the history of the lives and contributions of the men and women who served and trained at Tuskegee Army Air Field. Please join in this effort by answering the following questions. If we have not left enough space for your responses, please feel free to attach additional sheets of paper. You may also attach a résumé or any other data that you would like us to keep as part of the Archive. You may, of course, skip any question that you do not wish to answer for any reason by simply writing N/A for Not Applicable or Unknown. If you prefer to respond verbally to this questionnaire, please contact the University Archivist, Chuck Wilson at (951) 827-6384 and he will schedule a call or visit with you to complete your biography. |
