Powersearching with Google
Everyone searches Google, but only a few people have ever really looked under the hood. Here are some tips to get rid of unwanted results:
- Put quotation marks around words to make sure they get searched as a phrase "united states"
- Put – in front of words to eliminate results with those words
- Use intext: [searchword] to eliminate results without that word
- 2005..2009 will search for numbers from 2005 to 2009
