Shannon Castro
Senior Director of Development
Shannon is the UCR Library's Senior Director of Development as of November 27, 2023. She is the chief advancement officer for the UCR Library.
Under the leadership of the Sr. Executive Director, Constituency Programs (which includes Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences, School of Public Policy, School of Education, University Extension, UCR Library and Athletics) and in close collaboration with the University Librarian, Shannon develops and executes long- and short-term strategies to grow the philanthropic pipeline and secure major gifts.
