Exhibits Proposal Form

Submit a request to display an exhibit in the UCR Library

The UCR Library is happy to work with members of the community who would like to display an exhibit in the Tomás Rivera Library or Raymond L. Orbach Science Library. Priority will be given to proposals sponsored by a UCR faculty member.

Past community exhibits include a poster exhibition from a history class, the Semana de la Mujer exhibit from Chicano Student Programs, and an exhibit celebrating the 47th annual Writers Week.

We have recently updated our exhibit policies and procedures. Please review the policy before submitting an exhibit request. A representative from the UCR Library will contact you within 14 business days. We ask that you submit your request at least 60 days in advance.

If your request is approved by the UCR Library's Exhibits Committee, we can provide a variety of ways to display your materials. Please note which cases and/or panels you would like to use when you submit your request.
