Request to Book Orbach 240 Conference Room

This spacious room with bright windows, located across from the atrium on the second floor of Orbach Science Library, is available for campus and library department meetings free of charge. Requests should be submitted no less than 14 days in advance of the meeting date.

Booking restrictions

• This room is not available for student organizations. The room may be booked, if available, to non-student groups for a single event.
• Bookings for a series of meetings — such as classes, seminars, lecture series, job talks, etc. — will not be accepted.
• Reservations are limited to no more than 2 times in a single week, and 3 hours maximum per session.
• The Library reserves the right to cancel a booking if the room is needed by the Library.
