Oxford Bibliographies Online - Expanded to Complete Collection

All UC campuses now have access to all 46 subject areas, including 17 new subject areas: American Literature, Biblical Studies, British and Irish Literature, Buddhism, Communication, Education, Environmental History, Food Studies, Hinduism, History of Medicine, Islamic Studies, Jewish Studies, Linguistics, Literary and Critical Theory, Management Studies, Philosophy,  and Victorian Literature

Oxford Handbooks - Hundreds of 2022-2025 Titles Added

Hundreds of Oxford University Press handbooks from 2022-2025 were added via a shared UC purchase. Examples include The Oxford Handbook of Constitutional Law in Latin America, The Oxford Handbook of Caste, The Oxford Handbook of Museum Archaeology, and The Oxford Handbook of Spatial Diversity and Business Economics.

PsycTests - New Database from APA

APA PsycTests’ expertly-created metadata allows you to instantly find and download instruments for research and/or teaching. Focused primarily on unpublished tests, this database was designed to save your researchers time from having to reproduce tests when conducting research on previously measured constructs. This was a collective purchase of the University of California campuses through the California Digital Library.

M. Robert Markovich Bablyon 5 set photographs, 1998-2002

This unique collection documents the production of the groundbreaking science fiction television series Babylon 5. The photographs provide valuable insights into set design, production processes, and the visual creation of one of television's most influential science fiction programs.

Esther Bergman Trunnell collection on Cottonwood School, circa 1921-1961

The collection consists of materials collected by former Cottonwood teacher Esther Bergman Trunnell related to the Cottonwood School, which was a one-room schoolhouse first established in 1897 in Aguanga, California, in Riverside County.

Anne Jennings collection on Tom Wolfe and Carobeth Laird, 1974-2006

The collection consists of correspondence and other materials related to the American author Tom Wolfe, specifically surrounding his involvement with the publication of Carobeth Laird's 1975 book Encounter with an Angry God

Professional Advisory Council (PAC) records, 1977-1988, bulk 1977-1982

The collection consists of the records of the Professional Advisory Council (PAC), a group founded in the Inland Empire in 1977 to provide resources, education, support and community to local gay professionals and businesses. 

Thomas A. Scott papers, circa 1980-2002

The collection consists of materials related to the development and evolution of the Western Riverside County Multiple Species Habitat Conservation Plan (WRC MSHCP), which was created to resolve conflicts between private housing developments and local species protected under the federal Endangered Species Act. Scott, a professor in the Earth & Planetary Sciences Department in the College of Natural & Agricultural Sciences, compiled the documents in the collection as part of his role serving as the Science Advisor for the plan. 

University of California, Riverside, Middle Eastern Student Center records, 2009-2025

The collection consists of materials from the Middle Eastern Student Center (MESC), which works to educate, support, and build community for those interested in the Middle Eastern, Southwest Asian North African (SWANA), and Muslim experiences at UC Riverside.
