Client Support Engineer

The Client Support Engineer provides technology services that include coordinating client system support activities with a team of technicians, the work ticket system, managing computer and software installations, troubleshooting computer and peripheral hardware, deploying client workstations, remediating security-compromised client systems, and support directory services including group policy objects. He manages roving student workers and oversees maintenance of public computer workstations.
